Get started with Chatra

Create an Account on Chatra
You need to create an account on chatra.com, then you will see your dashboard, here you can do the basic configuration.
Then click on the “Show setup instructions” button it will open a new section and you can choose your CMS, we will choose WordPress.
Integrate Chatra for WordPress websites
- Log into your WordPress dashboard and go to Plugins → Add new.
- Enter “Chatra” into the Search Plugins field.
- Install and activate the plugin.
- Go to Settings → Chatra chat.
- Copy the widget code from the Chat Widget section of your Chatra dashboard.
- Go back to the WordPress dashboard, paste the code and press Save Changes.
- Done!
